  I'm not sure why a previous review states this place is expensive. This is one of the most inexpensive places in Big Rapids to take your pet. I brought my dog in to be neutered, full spectrum of vaccinations, and 4 days of boarding for only $300. I checked with Pet Smart and the same services would have totaled over $500. Furthermore, the staff is great and the Vet really cares about the animals he treats. I would highly recommend this place.

  Last year my wife and I dropped off our two Labrador. We were going on a Florida vacation. I called every other day to check on our fur babies. I was told all was great. Once I returned home I got a huge shock when I went to go pick my dogs up. Knowing they would be very excited to see me. When my dogs were brought out nether one could hardly walk. When I asked what was wrong the lady running the front desk told me that had to sedate my dogs since the day I dropped them off. Not once when I called was I told this. Then on top of it all they wanted me to pay 134.00 for the shots they were given. I would never recommend them to watch anyone's pets. I give them a big fat 0 on a rating.
